Our beans come mainly from South India, including Araku and eastern coffee regions. Each green bean batch undergoes thorough profiling and cupping to guide brewing decisions, whether espresso, pour over, or flatbed dripper. A head roaster sets profiles monthly, supported daily by a junior roaster. We continuously refine roasting to capture each origin’s nuances. Guided by global experts, we train baristas regularly.
